Welcome to another great year of wind chamber music-making! We return to the delightful Cumbrian village of Caldbeck for two days of wind octets in the Springtime, alongside the ever-popular Birnam Experience in Perthshire which began 10 years ago in 2002.
A new event is at The Forge in Camden Town, London in November, where the three players from CUILLIN SOUND will be leading a fascinating ‘Celtic Winds’ course, combining important aspects of ensemble-playing technique with an exploration of some inspired traditional celtic melodies.
